Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Foundry Collective website at foundry-au.com.au ("the Site") or purchasing any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site or our services.

Foundry Collective is operated from Melbourne, Australia. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia.

Our Services

Foundry Collective provides AI consulting and automation services for beauty businesses, including but not limited to:

Service descriptions on the Site are provided for general information. Specific deliverables, timelines, and scope will be agreed upon before work commences.

Payments and Pricing

All prices listed on the Site are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a payment, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.

Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. For services requiring a deposit, the remaining balance will be agreed upon before work begins.

Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with a service, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@foundry-au.com.au. We will work with you to resolve any concerns. Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

Refunds do not apply where the full agreed scope of work has been delivered and accepted.

Booking and Cancellation

When you submit a booking request through our Site, it is a request for a consultation — not a binding commitment until confirmed by us. We reserve the right to decline any booking request.

If you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may forfeit the session fee.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, design, and downloadable resources — is owned by Foundry Collective and protected by Australian copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.

Any custom systems, automations, or deliverables created for you as part of a paid engagement become your property upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Limitation of Liability

Foundry Collective provides automation and consulting services in good faith. However, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes such as revenue increases, booking volumes, or client retention rates. Results depend on many factors outside our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant service.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded by agreement.
